Mission Statement
The Brewer Foundation's mission is to promote diversity, education, and career development worldwide targeting underprivileged youth who exhibit a drive to succeed, and providing them with the resources necessary to achieve their educational and professional goals.
The Brewer Foundation believes the absence of knowledge and training in career development is a detriment to underprivileged communities, and proper education is the driving force necessary to exhibit change.
Through our "Young Diversity Leader Initiative" mentorship program, CareerBuilder.com job placement partnership, our Youth Sports Programs, the Foundation scholarships, and our new Microfinance Program we aim to fulfill our mission by "Empowering from Within".
